Unsettled conditions expected next few days across PEI.

Wednesday, May 22nd 6:00am… A ridge of high pressure to the south of the Maritimes and a trough of low pressure across the northern Gulf of St Lawrence will give a mix of sun and cloud to PEI today and tomorrow along with a risk of showers or thundershowers. Latest model has the rain beginning near dawn Tuesday morning as the storm stalls along the Ontario/Quebec border. The rain ends near dawn Wednesday morning as the accompanying frontal systems moves across the region but conditions remain unsettled through next week as this now weakening system begins to drift eastward into the Maritimes.
